When Auto-Pilot is a Benefit

I thought I wanted to go out to dinner after a long workday (and facing a longer workNIGHT). I didn’t have time for it, but my mind reasoned that I deserved it for working so hard, and wouldn’t it be lovely to be served…? 🤔

This happened instead…

Without thinking, I pulled out the zucchini from my last grocery trip, sliced and seasoned it, and popped it in the oven.

Then I boiled some eggs to jazz up my spinach salad.

Finally, I sliced the chicken breast lovingly grilled by my wonderful hubby on the weekend.

Preparation works. 🌟💯🎉

Fancy glam meal? Not really.

Healthy and balanced? Absolutely. #Win

I literally hacked my own midweek tiredness with weekend planning that gave me healthy meal ingredients at my fingertips.

Go Jesus!💪🏽😇🙌🏽 He knew I didn’t need to eat something I didn’t even have energy to work off. #Provision #BuildHealthyHabits #MoreHearts

“There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”
