At first, I was only gonna share this with my email list. Then I realized how many people could use this valuable resource (especially if you’re like me and are still staring at some post-holiday pounds 👀). So I’m sharing the love – cuz after all, it’s February! 💞
I recently connected with Cindy Dobroskay, a health and weight loss coach in British Columbia, Canada who works specifically with women in midlife. What I appreciated right away is that her approach isn’t about pressure, perfection, or starting over yet again (cuz ain’t nobody got time for THAT!😂)…it’s about understanding what your body actually needs at this stage of life.

This is not your typical challenge. This is not about doing more…(sounds good to ME!)
It’s about understanding what your body needs now – so you can stop guessing and start feeling better.
Each day includes a short, practical video focused on nutrition, movement, and mindset: grounded in science and real life. (Cindy shares her own experiences AND she went back to school later in life for a master’s degree in Exercise Sciences – I’m impressed). It’s happening inside a private Facebook Group for Women.
(And if this is something I end up doing myself, I’ll be sure to share how it goes.)
As I embrace life at 50 (whoo hoo – I’m lovin’ it…and support is always welcome!), I hope this feels like a helpful resource for anyone who needs it.
Cuz we can ALL use a RESET every now and then!
