In response to God’s gentle nudges that have grown stronger and more frequent over the past several months, I’m excited to launch a new show on my YouTube channel: The Convo Lab. I hope you’ll enjoy experiencing quality content in a “pull-up-a-chair-and-join-us, girl!” atmosphere with my wisdom-filled guests as much as we enjoy providing you an invitation into each conversation! Prepping for Success

Twas the night before breakfast…

This is what my healthy breakfast looks like at 10pm the prior night. When I DON’T plan ahead, I may fall into the trap of convenience (that looks a lot like leftover from lunch tater tots and ketchup, or whatever I can grab quickly between meetings). Then I’m grouchy and hangry because I unwisely picked something that neither satisfied nor adequately nourished me. Can you relate?😏
